So It's been a month sleeping between the hours of 4 - 6 am.
I really need my proper sleeping patterns back and school's
gonna start in just a couple of days. Time to push it through by
sleeping early. Clearly easier to say than to doing it but I'll do
my best to sleep early, I have to. I need to stack up on energy too
waking up in the afternoon is not really good as I thought it was.
I want to wake up in the morning by myself, not mom waking me up.
I guess I'll try that tonight ? Hope it works.
